Explorer 2 Counseling Center supports community and surrounding area members by teaching skills for personal growth. We work with ages from 10 to senior services. We work with individuals, couples and families on social skills, behavioral concerns, ADD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, trauma, and more. Your journey to mental well-being begins here.
We understand change feels difficult. We can empower you and your significant others to carefully travel forward to gain more loving, comfortable relationships. We will tailor a personal plan for you through various skills such as communication, education and understanding, behavioral interventions, roll play, play therapy techniques, EMDR, and more.
We will give you my complete attention and support throughout your counseling experience. We listen to what you want and we will collaborate on how to meet your needs and develop the best way to make positive change.
